Why is this segment important?

It’s important to pay attention to your loyals before they churn because they are the customers that not only have made a large number of purchases from you but also are the most likely to recommend you to their friends and family. Additionally, it’s six-to-seven times cheaper to retain a customer than acquire a new one.

Suggestions for this Segment:

  1. Send them a personalized email from the founder / CEO thanking them for their loyalty

  2. Offer them free merchandise or free delivery with their purchase

  3. Remind them about your loyalty program rewards and upgrade their loyalty tier with their purchase
